Only days before Arcade Fire's visit was planned to start in Dublin, four individuals approached with claims of sexual wrongdoing against the band's co-chief Win Butler.
The presentation show is set for this evening August 30th at 3Arena in Dublin and appears as though it's good to go to push forward.
The FADER has likewise affirmed with a "very much positioned source" that the shows will be going on as planned regardless of the new disclosures.
As per Brooklyn Vegan, the visit's openers Feist (for UK dates) and Beck (for US dates) have not freely remarked on Butler's charges.
Nonetheless, some ticketholders have been requesting discounts or that the band drop/delay the shows subsequent to perusing the claims made by four separate individuals.
The news came on Sunday, August 28th, in a report from Pitchfork.
The report contains stories that blame Butler for "unseemly" activities from four individuals
who were between the ages of 18 and 23 at the hour of the supposed associations somewhere in the range of 2015 and 2020.
